While most of my patients receive support for approximately 3 to 4 months with weekly 50-minute sessions, the duration and frequency can be adjusted to meet your specific circumstances, including the need for longer programs.

The first step of your therapy journey is booking a Compatibility Session. During the Compatibility Session, lasting approximately 50 minutes, we will have the opportunity to connect and assess if we are a good fit for working together. This session is designed to establish a strong foundation and determine the compatibility between the therapist and the potential patient.
Throughout the session, you will have the chance to openly express your reasons for seeking therapy and discuss the factors that have brought you to this point in your life. It is a safe and supportive space for you to share your concerns, challenges, and goals, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of your unique situation.
During our time together, you will be able to evaluate my approach, communication style, and overall demeanor, ensuring that they align with your needs and preferences. It is essential that you feel comfortable, heard, and understood in the therapeutic setting. This session aims to build trust, establish rapport, and create a therapeutic relationship that can support your healing and growth.
At the end of the Compatibility Session, we will have an open discussion about the continuation of the therapeutic process. If we both feel that it is a good fit and you are ready to embark on this journey, we can discuss the details, such as scheduling regular sessions and outlining the goals and objectives of your therapy.
Please note that the Compatibility Session does not obligate you to continue therapy beyond this point. The decision to proceed is entirely up to you, and there is no pressure or commitment. It is important for you to feel comfortable and ready to embark on the therapeutic journey at your own pace.
