Our refund policy follows the guidelines of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, which allows you to exercise your legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 7 (seven) days from the date of access to the digital product (ebook, online course, audio content, lecture, workshop, etc.) becoming available. After this period, unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund.
There are no circumstances under which the fees paid for psychotherapy services, consulting, live lectures, workshops, or any other service that you have enjoyed synchronously (in real time) can be refunded, in contrast to our prerecorded digital products or ebooks, for example.
Only products and services purchased at regular prices are eligible for refund requests. If you acquired your product or service at promotional prices, unfortunately, it is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds must be requested via email through the address firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will receive a response from our team within 7 (seven) business days.
Upon receiving the email confirmation that your refund has been authorized, you will receive a reimbursement of the paid amount through the same payment method used, as soon as possible, and the specific timeline will be provided in the same confirmation email or as soon as the information is available to our team.
